If I could give more stars I would. I messed up and put my own address in for the shipping when it was supposed to go to my boss' address. They gladly sent me a prepaid label to get it sent to the right address. They could have easily said it wasn't their problem, which it really wasn't. Not to mention every customer service person I spoke to was SO pleasant and kind. I will definitely order from them again and highly recommend them! Thank you!
This is my second time having The Basketry put together gifts for me in the last two weeks. They are extremely responsive, enjoyable to do business with, and of course the bags/baskets they put together are amazing. The ease of picking up the phone and telling them what I need and they just put everything together. Just placed my employee holiday order and all I did was send an email. The Basketry will put all of the gifts together and ship them for me. I’ll continue to reach out when I need personalized gifts and will let my friends and family know about The Basketry.

I had a gift card from The Basketry and decided to order online from them. I found out that they weren’t set up at this time for gift card payments. I emailed them and was told to email my order to them and they would take care of it. I sent my order, with my gift card number and name and address. Within a couple of hours someone was ringing my doorbell. I was shocked to see that my order was already here! I would recommend looking at their website, or on Facebook. They have a nice assortment of gifts to choose from, and their customer service is awesome!
